Hi all.

I've bought a tiny apartment in Paris. With my current schedule, I'll only be able to visit 6 or so times a year, for about a week at a time.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how best to manage phone and internet services? Is there any internet company that lets you pay by the hour (or in parcels of 10 hours or 100 hours or what have you) rather than by the month? How would you manage phone service?
