Ok, I have another sticky question and I hope I'm not to pestersome =\ I seriously looked for an answer to this for over two hours tonight. My fiance is coming to visit me again and we were just wondering...how often do you have to stay away from the US before you can come again? I know you can come here for 90 days and then you have to leave the US but NOWHERE can I find how soon he can return again. Anyone know the answer? If so I sure would appreciate :)

Maybe you could call the USCIS and they could tell you. I would assume that as long as you don't stay in the US for more than 90 days, you can travel as often as you want, as many times as you want, coming and going, but it's hard to say these days.

hi and welcome to the forum!
i think that if you come from a country that has that no-tourist-visa agreement with the US (which means you are allowed to enter the US for 90 days without a visa), you can stay up to 90 days and then you have to leave. then you can come back again 90 days later and stay another 90 days. i know that this is the same deal for americans who come to france on a tourist visa.
i hope that made sense...

OH! I hope that isnt the case parisiannewyorker. He went and bought a ticket already because he was sure he saw on some website that he only had to wait 20 days. Now we went back to doublecheck and we cant find mention of it anywhere. I mean if you check on the limit with France its posted many places on the web. Seems like if there was a limit with the US it would be posted somewhere :( Guess its time to make some phone calls. Thanks everyone :)
